Who Benefited from DAP?

              P-Noy is appealing to the Supreme Court to change their decision about the Disbursement Acceleration Program or DAP. They declared it as illegal, but he want it to make legal. He defended that DAP is using for growth of our country. He stated that they have many projects funded by that controversial funds. It seems that the President is protecting his allies especially Budget Secretary Butch Abad and even Interior Secretary  Mar Roxas. Why he still insisting to carry out it again if it is illegal? What’s his motive for pursuing it? Maybe they don’t want to put in end because they are benefiting from it.

                First, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada revealed that Malacanang used money from DAP to bribe the senators to oust former Supreme Court Justice Renato Corona. And now, there is an allegation that the Aquino Administration is using DAP for the preparation of the president candidacy of Mar Roxas in 2016. Based on news, Mar Roxas  has been the biggest recipient of DAP funds. But he defended himself by saying that he used the funds for the police modernization program and for the relocation settlement of informal settlers. He also said that it is not true that he is using the funds for his political ambition. This malicious statement is just a dirty tactics of their enemies in politics. But Sec. Roxas can’t ease the doubt in the mind of many people. They are aware that some funds of the government is using by other politicians for their personal interest. His critics are not saying that Sec. Roxas is putting the funds on his pocket, but it is possible that he can use it for his own advantages.The funds from of Mar Roxas is not just a small amount, it is about billion pesos.

                And what is this news saying that P-Noy and his relatives has benefited from the DAP? The Department of Agrarian Reform confirmed that they released P5.4 billion and some part of it is used for the ladnowners’ compensations of their Hacienda Luisita land. The President should explain this issue. How it happened? If he is sincere with his campaign for ‘Daang Matuwid’, why his administration implementing DAP? Is it for the common good of the people or for the benefits of himself and with his allies?  They are angry with PDAF, but they made the DAP which is illegal according to the Supreme Court. So, the government should scrutinize their systems and let the rule of law could be implemented and don’t defend the DAP!
